Refund policy

All Sales Final

All items purchased from Skidex are final sale. We do not accept returns or issue refunds under any circumstances, except in special cases which will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If you believe your situation qualifies as a special circumstance (such as a manufacturing defect or order error), please contact us at skidexhelp@gmail.com with details, including your order number and proof of purchase, for review.

 

Order Changes and Adjustments

You have a 24-hour period immediately following your purchase to request any changes or adjustments to your order, such as size, color, or address updates. To make a request, email us at skidexhelp@gmail.com with your order details. After this 24-hour window, no changes or adjustments will be accepted, as orders will be processed and shipped.

 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours of package arrival at skidexhelp@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Provide photos and details so we can evaluate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or other remedy at our discretion. Reports made after this 48-hour period will not be accepted.

 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items  

All items are non-returnable and non-refundable, including custom products, personalized items, sale items, and gift cards. We also do not accept returns or handle issues related to hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions about your specific item.

 

Exchanges  

We do not offer exchanges. If you receive the wrong item or encounter an issue as described in the Damages and Issues section, contact us for evaluation and potential resolution.

 

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period  

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Refunds  

Refunds are not issued except in approved special circumstances or resolutions for damages/issues, as determined case by case. If a refund is approved, we will notify you and process it to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at skidexhelp@gmail.com.
